Leases must be for a minimum of one (1) year.  

 

What are the parking rules for residents? 

Residents are only permitted to park in their designated parking spaces.  

 

What are the parking rules for visitors? 

Visitor parking spaces are available in the outside lot on a first-come, first-serve basis. Residents are not permitted to park in visitor parking at any time. Visitor parking is monitored.  

 

Are there restrictions regarding changes to the common elements? 

All changes to the common elements must be approved by the Board of Directors prior any work commencing.  

 

Is there sub-metering of utilities? 

Hydro is sub-metered by Carma Industries.

Yes. Garbage chutes are accessed on each floor. Recycling bins are located in the Garbage Room.
